Trust & Safety

This page documents the safety and privacy programs Visualize Technologies participates in and how to reach the right contact for each type of concern.

NCMEC Electronic Service Provider Registration

Visualize Technologies, LLC is a registered Electronic Service Provider (ESP) with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). We report apparent child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to NCMEC's CyberTipline in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

Content reported to NCMEC is preserved for a minimum of 90 days as required by federal law, even when a user requests deletion. Information sufficient to identify a reporting party may be shared with law enforcement; the reported user is not notified.

If you have observed content or behavior on our app that violates this policy, please contact vtsecurity@visualizetechnologies.com immediately. Reports are reviewed promptly and may be forwarded to NCMEC or law enforcement when appropriate.

Prohibited Content

Users may not upload, generate, or store on our service:

  • Nudity or sexually explicit content involving minors.
  • Non-consensual or exploitative imagery (including AI-generated or digitally altered).
  • Content that violates any applicable law.
  • Content intended to harass, threaten, or harm others.

Report content that breaks these rules to vtsecurity@visualizetechnologies.com. We review every report, and content that violates this policy may be removed or restricted without notice to protect users and comply with our legal obligations.

TAKE IT DOWN Act Compliance

In compliance with the TAKE IT DOWN Act, we will process valid takedown requests for nonconsensual intimate imagery within 48 hours of receipt. Submit requests to vtprivacy@visualizetechnologies.com.

Security Vulnerability Disclosure

We welcome reports from independent security researchers. If you believe you've found a vulnerability that affects our app, API, or infrastructure, please disclose it responsibly:

  • Email vtsecurity@visualizetechnologies.com with details and reproduction steps.
  • Give us a reasonable window to acknowledge and remediate before any public disclosure.
  • Do not access, modify, or download data belonging to anyone other than yourself.
  • Do not run automated scanners against our production endpoints.

We do not currently operate a paid bug bounty, but we genuinely appreciate good- faith reports and will publicly credit researchers (with their permission) on this page once resolved.

Privacy & Data Handling

Your body scans, measurements, and personal information belong to you. We process this data solely to provide our service — to render your 3D model, compute measurements, generate forecasts, and sync across your devices.

We do not sell user data. We do not use user data to train third-party models. For data access, correction, or deletion requests, contact vtprivacy@visualizetechnologies.com or use the in-app account deletion flow.

Full details are documented in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Age & Eligibility

Visualize Technologies is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts or upload body images. Accounts discovered to belong to individuals under 18 may be immediately suspended or deleted.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact vtprivacy@visualizetechnologies.com — we will promptly delete the information.
